INDUCTO STEEL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015; we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 09, 2023, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.
